Will, YOU ARE THE SALT O F THE EARTH

This page is for you. Let it be a sacred reminder. Because who you are—and how you lead—leaves a lasting flavor.

“Often, the practice of hospitality is a window into some of that mystery — a mystery that is as mundane as soup and as transcendent as angels..”

Dear

Will

Thank you.For helping so many of us remember that caring isn’t weakness. That hospitality isn’t extra. That excellence and love can live in the same room.

You’ve made it cool to give a damn again. To treat others like they matter—not as strategy, but as posture.

And while your work has shaped industries, your presence has shaped people. (even with how you respond to emails!)

The way you lead, the way you lift others, the way you listen—it’s all informed by something deeper.

Please, Keep showing up.In the way you love Christina.
In the way you father Frankie and Sonny.
In the way you honor your team. All of that is felt.
All of that is the salt.

“The secret to happiness is always having something to look forward to.”

You ARE

Beloved

Inspired by the words of Henri Nouwen, this is a reminder of who you are—not what you do, what you have, or what others say about you.Just press play & listen.

“Adversity is a terrible thing to waste.”

Salt = Hospitality

Salt brings out flavor.
It takes what is good and makes it better.
It uncovers depth, richness, meaning, and joy.
Salt never asks for attention.
It doesn't try to be the hero of the dish.
It simply shows up and does its faithful work.
Salt keeps what matters.
Salt holds onto the good.
Salt protects what should last.
This is what hospitality does.
This is what leadership does.
Not with noise, but with presence.
Not with flash, but with care.
Not once, but with consistency.
And that’s what you do.
Over and over again.

“It's Ok to care deeply. It's Ok To Give A Damn."

May You Always Remember

Come back to this page anytime.
When you need a reminder—
Of what you carry.
Of who you are.
Of how much it matters.
You are salt.
You are beloved.
And you are not alone.
May the work continue to bring good.
May your presence continue to bless rooms.
May you keep giving a damn.
And may it keep changing people.
And every time you reach for the salt,
my prayer is that you remember this—
your presence brings flavor,
your care preserves beauty,
and the world is better because of how you show up.
I’m in your corner.

Appreciate you!
